Pubic speaking & Speech and drama focus on skill-based learning while leadership focuses on Identity-Based Learning. 

For example, if your child have an identity that he/she is shy a person, eventhough he/she may have learnt all the tools in public speaking, but when standing on stage, he/she may still feel fearful and unable to perform at his/her best. Because his/her identity of "shy" holds him back from being confident.

Hence in leadership program, we aim to shift their mindset and beliefs to build an empowering identity that supports them in all area of their life.

After 12 years of working with over 50,000 children in Malaysia and Asian Countries, the top 3 important areas of leadership to prepare children for primary school are Teamwork, Confidence & Focus. 

Teamwork - As the class size in primary school are bigger compare to preschool, children must learn how to work with friends with different personality. This helps them to create a sense of belonging which brings psychological safety for children

Confidence - Children are not given as much extra/personal attention as they get in preschool. It is important for them to learn how to speak up & protect themselves from danger or negative incidents

Focus - As the difficulty in their academics subjects increases, especially with the influence of internet, they may be distracted easily and loose their patience in completing their tasks

In our weekly program, we only focuses on Teamwork, Confidence & Focus. 

However, we do have holiday programs available which focuses on other leadership component like Showmanship, Creativity, Respopnsibiliy and others. The availability of these topics vary based on the theme during holiday seasons.

We do not guarantee 100% transformational result as every child has different personality, learning style & pace.

The suitable age group is from 4-6 years old. 

• For 4 years old children, we focus on introducing the leadership element to them through engaging story telling, character role-play and experiential games using interactive learning. Children at this age absorbs like a sponge, therefore it's the best time to plant the seeds of leadership and when they grow older, the seeds will grow into a tree where they embody the identity of a leader faster and easier.

• For 5&6 years old children, we focus on strengthening their leadership skills through coaching questions during the debrief session in the class. Coaching questions help children to reflect their behaviour during the games, provoke their critical thinking skills to share solutions and ultimately applying in their daily life.
