As the name Speak2Lead suggests, we build speakers who are leaders. This means that they are speakers who don’t speak only from the script but are instead able to speak spontaneously. They are speakers who are able to proactively connect with others in daily conversations, beyond the stage.

We adopt the 3P methodology to bring out the best in children in terms of their skillset and mindset as a speaker!

We adopt the 3 Ps Methodology – Passion, Purpose, Proficiency to build our speakers. 

Public speaking is not only about skills. More importantly, it is the mindset that plays the main role to motivate a child to keep growing themselves as speakers!

We also apply gamification elements and story-based learning through our classes. Learning public speaking becomes an exciting adventure for them, where they come eager and ready to learn!

Parental involvement is a major part of the journey for your child as a speaker. 

We see that the more involved parents are in playing a healthy and encouraging role in their growth journey, the more certain and at ease they will grow as speakers.

Throughout the Speaking journey, coaches will meet parents twice: Mid-Point Check and Speaker’s Review session to keep you updated on your child’s progress and growth. 

On top of that, coaches will also share helpful tips you can implement at home to support your child’s growth throughout the journey!

First-time Speak2Lead students are all invited to a 2-hour Speaker’s Workshop session. 

There are two main purposes to this session:

1. Your child gets to experience the workshop, coaches and learning environment. They will be learning about the foundation of self-confidence before they proceed to the longer-term programme.
2. Coaches will assess your child’s progress, learning style and suitability. 

• Their strengths
• Their areas to improve
• What’s next for them as a speaker

Following the session, we will meet with parents to update on the students' progress!

HANKidz Public Speaking (Speak2Lead) is a programme that helps children to grow their confidence level: from shy to confident, and from confident to be an extraordinary speaker.

They also learn how to communicate and listen to others through the power of 3P methodology: Proficiency (skills), Purpose (heart) and Passion (mindset).

In the Speak2Lead journey, there are 6 series to your child's overall learning.

Speak2Lead covers a few programmes, all of which have different durations.

1. Holiday Workshop (3 days, 2 hours per day)
2. Speak2Lead Essential Signature Program (6 months)
3. Speak2Lead Exclusive Signature Program (1.5 years)
4. Speak2Win Competition-focused Workshop (2 days, 2 hours per day

After the Speaker's Workshop, Coach Emily, the founder of HANKidz Speaking School will speak and share with you which programme is most suitable for your child.

If you are new to Speak2Lead, you are invited to join in the Speaker’s Workshop (RM50 per child, worth RM397) for your child to experience the class and familiarise themselves with the coaches.

Each class has a maximum of 12 students at a time.

The coach to student ratio is 1:5, to ensure that all children receive the engagement and necessary attention throughout the class.
