With a background as a coach and mentor, HANK has impacted thousands of children across multiple schools, focusing on leadership, public speaking, teamwork, responsibility, and goal setting. 

Previously, Hank co-founded Discovery House, a children's leadership training centre, influencing over 20,000 children nationwide. He has been featured in media and radio stations and notably in The Star newspaper. 

Holding a degree from the Northern University of Malaysia, Hank began his career as a trainer for Maybank, Southern Bank, and CIMB Group. As a certified ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ practitioner, he has a wealth of experience training globally, collaborating with schools such as Beacon House, REAL Kids, Tadika Diyana, and many others.
