Refund Policies

Children or Parenting Workshop / Holiday Programme / other one-off events:

In case children cannot attend the workshop/ holiday programme* for any reason, parents are responsible to inform HANKidz in writing, at least 1 week in advance, to convert 100% of the fees into credits. 

These credits can be used to offset any fees payable for HANKidz programme within 1 year from the date of the original workshop. Thereafter, any non-utilisation of credit will be forfeited.  Late notification (less than 1 week) will result in forfeiture of the fee.

*Partial attendance of holiday programme will be considered as having attended the holiday programme and therefore, no credits will be allowed.
