The suitable age group is 4-6 years old.

4 years old │We introduce leadership elements to children through engaging storytelling, character role-play, and experiential games using interactive learning. Like a sponge, children absorb knowledge at this age, hence it’s the perfect time to plant the seeds of leadership. As they grow older, the seeds will grow into a tree where they embody the identity of a leader one step ahead of their peers.

5-6 years old │We strengthen children’s leadership skills through coaching questions during our class debrief sessions. These questions allow them to reflect on their behavior during the games, provoke their critical thinking skills to share smart solutions, and apply these skills in their daily life.
