Responsibilities
- Empower and mentor young minds in leadership skills through classes.
- Innovate captivating lesson plans and activities that ignite inspiration and foster empowerment among children.
- Cultivate a secure and uplifting learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.
- Collaborate closely with parents, providing tools and feedbacks on their child to ensure transformational growth
- Provide exceptional prospect understanding
- Contribute to the improvement of programs to enhance the story worth telling
- Employ creative ideas into class delivering to elevate children’s engagement
- Utilize Identity approach learning to deeply comprehend each child, tailor coaching strategies with their unique strength and aspiration
