After School Program Coach
As a After School Program (ASP) Leadership Coach, you play a crucial role in helping children to unleash their leadership ability through experiential games, stories and transformational coaching which guides them to their fullest potential while having fun. On top of that, you will be on a mission to cultivate a supportive and healthy culture within the education industry through the partnership with different preschool owners across malaysia and supports them in the area of business enhancement, teacher trainings and children leadership.

On top of that, you will be on a mission to cultivate a supportive and healthy culture within the education industry through the partnership with different preschool owners across malaysia and supports them in the area of business enhancement, teacher trainings and children leadership.
Responsibilities
- An after school program leadership coach who train children 4-6 years old on Confidence, Grit, Teamwork
- Developing training programs, games, and activities together!
- Support in the area of marketing, operation, sales, and finance (any one of your strengths)
- Identify the areas of improvement in children and craft a growth and development journey plan for them
- Be school’s advisor! involved in communication with principals, parents and children
- Learn A to Z how to be a successful business owner one day!
