Responsibilities
- Coach and train children 5 to 18 years old on communication skills.
- Developing training programs, games, and activities
- Support in the area of marketing, operation, sales, and finance (any one of your strengths)
- Support the team's goal to reach the total impact
- Identify the areas of improvement in children and craft a growth and development journey plan for them
- Be involved in communication with parents and children
- Learn A to Z how to be a successful business owner.
Who is suitable for this?
✅A keen interest in the education, children coaching, and parenting industry. Fresh graduates are welcome too
✅Responsible, Accountable, Willing (RAW)
✅Doesn't necessarily have the skill to teach, but open and willing to LEARN
