What do we do?
At HANKidz, our mission is creating world peace and abundance by developing enlightened leaders through children.
As a Leadership Trainer, you play an important role to inspire the students through experiential learnings, coaching and gamifications. You are their life mentor who believes in them and able to coach them to a greater height, expanding their choices in life so that they are able to make better choices to live a meaningful life. Children at this age might be rebellious and resistant, however, it is us as a coach to connect and inspire them in order to guide them to where they want to be. We stand strong as a great role model for the students, and so making a change for their lives.
Responsibilities
- Empower young minds in leadership mindset and skill set through camps & workshops.
- Innovate captivating games and activities that ignite inspiration and foster breakthrough among students age 7-18 year old.
- Coach and inspire the children through debrief and reflective learning experience.
- Additional support in the area of marketing, operation, sales, and finance (any one of your strengths)
- Be school’s advisor! involved in communication with principals, parents and students@
- Learn A to Z how to be a successful trainer!
